Agency Information
The Urban Renewal Agency consists of five appointed members, serving three-year terms. The objective of the Urban Renewal Agency is to encourage development and renovation within the site designated as Urban Renewal Area (center of business district), which would result in a mix of commercial, professional, public, and community services. Cases are reviewed on an individual basis and are open to the public.
