- Can I use Boughton Park?

You must be a Victor, E. Bloomfield or W. Bloomfield resident and obtain a hang tag for your vehicle from the Victor Town Hall (Victor Residents) at 85 E. Main Street in Victor during normal business hours. Please bring your vehicle's registration.
You must apply to the Town Clerk in the township where you live
- Do you have a shelter/facility I can rent?

The Town has picnic shelters available for reservation at Victor Municipal Park and Dryer Road Park.
Butler Cottage at MaryFrances Bluebird Haven is an enclosed lodge that can be reserved for parties, meetings, and special events.
We also have our lodge at Victor Municipal Park available for reservation. Please call the Parks & Recreation department at (585) 742-0140 for more information.
Boughton Park has a picnic pavilion for residents’ use. Email the Boughton Park Commission for more information and reservations. Boughton Park is a private park open to the residents of the towns of East and West Bloomfield and Victor only.

- Do you take reservations for Powder Mill Park or for Mendon Ponds Park?

No. Both Powder Mill Park and Mendon Ponds Park are part of the Monroe County Parks System. For more information, call 256-4951 or visit https://www.monroecounty.gov/mcparks/.
- How can I sign up for Town recreation programs?

The P&R offices at 7891 Lehigh Crossing are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Registration forms can be:
- Mailed or dropped off at the P&R facility, 7891 Lehigh Crossing, Victor NY 14564.
