NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LOCAL LAW NO. _ -2013 TO AMEND THE VICTOR TOWN CODE AT CHAPTER 211 “ZONING” IN ORDER TO REDUCE SETBACKS FOR STORAGE SHEDS IN SUBDIVISIONS WITH REDUCED LOT WIDTH OR DEPTH REQUIREMENTS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Town Board of the Town of Victor finds that it has become more common for lot sizes to be reduced below the minimum sizes generally set forth in the Town Code for a number of reasons, including to better preserve natural resources and to promote open space.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the Town Board of the Town of Victor further finds that certain accessory structure setbacks need to be reduced in such situations to better fit the reduced size of such lots.
