A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, September 10, 2019, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:
Strong Barn, located at 7546 Lower Fishers Road, is requesting approval to construct a 1,500 sf barn for personal storage. It is zoned a Limited Development District.
Neikam Turnaround, located at 6757 County Road 41, is requesting approval to allow existing neighbors driveway to remain. The existing neighbor’s turnaround does not meet the 10 foot separation from driveway to property line.
Target Drive Up Sign, located at 7500 Commons Blvd., is requesting approval to install sign-age for a drive up service. It consists of one 12 foot solar powered, internally illuminated drive up sign.
Piper Meadows, located at 860 & 870 High Street, is requesting approval for a 41 lot subdivision on 41.09 acres. The project is comprised of 2 adjacent parcels approximately 20 acres each and will consist of 2 existing single family homes and 39 additional lots. Section 1 will consist of 21 single family homes and Section 2 will consist of 20 townhomes lots. This will be the final stage in a 3 step process for a major subdivision.
