A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on June 11, 2013, at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:
1. The application of Charles S. & Ruth Anne Coney, 1538 Brace Road, Victor, New York, for a Minor Subdivision entitled Coney Subdivision. It is the intent of the applicant to subdivide the existing 16.9 acre parcel into two parcels. Lot #1 will consist of 14.678 and contain the existing house and barns and Lot #2 will consist of 2.215 acres and is proposing a new house. The property is bounded on the north by Susan Ricci; on the east by Brace Road; on the south by Brace Family Living Trust, Realty Land Trust; on the west by Donald & Esther Green. The property is zoned R-2 Residential and is owned by the applicants.
2. The application of Daniel Ostrum, 291 Fishers Road, Victor, New York, for a Minor Subdivision entitled Ostrum Subdivision, Lot/Parcel Combination for Claire & Cody Ostrum and Daniel & Jacquelyn Ostrum. It is the intent of the applicant to annex 2.627 acres of land from Tax Map Parcel #5.02-2-7 (Cody & Claire Ostrum) to Tax Map Parcel #5.02-2-4.1 (Daniel & Jacquelyn Ostrum). The property is bounded on the north by Randy & Alice Bower, Ketul & Vinyas Patel; on the south by Jay Yates & Heidi Piper; on the east by Jeffrey & Charlene Peters, Nature Conservancy; on the west by Melvin & Elizabeth Suhre, Fishers Road, James Seab, Jr., Daniel & Elaine Roll, Jay & Cynthia Ford, Deborah Diprospero. The property is zoned Limited Development District and is owned by the applicant and Cody & Claire Ostrum.
3. The application of William Smith, Heritage Packaging, 625 Fishers Run, Victor, New York, for a Minor Subdivision entitled Heritage Packaging Subdivision. It is the intent of the applicant to subdivide a 27.284 acre parcel into two lots. The proposed Lot 1 will consist of 16.159 acres of land and is zoned Light Industrial. The proposed Lot 2 will consist of 11.125 acres and will be zoned R-2 Residential. An easement is proposed through Lot 1 to Fishers Run for access to Lot 2. The property is bounded on the north by Gerald Sharp & Kathleen Wakefield, William & Dorothea Grace; on the east by Reh Kinder Holdings LLC, Fishers Run, on the south by Salzman Realty LLC, Richard & Pamela Allen, Malcolm & Mary Warner, Stanley Slade, William & Nancy Benson, Scott Nicol, Robert LaMonica, Michael Kader, County Road #42, on the west by Jack & Joyce Holter, Reid & Lynne Holter, Paul & Kathleen VanScott, Joseph Strazzeri, William & Dorothea Grace. The property is zoned Light Industrial & R-2 Residential and is owned by Kenneth Hershey, Marie Denluck and Judith Springer.
