A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of David Welsh, for a variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code to build an 18’x21’ metal carport in front of his existing garage in the rear of the yard. Section 170-11 G (1-B) of the Village Code requires a 10’ minimum side setback for a detached accessory building of 180 sq. ft. or greater. The applicant wishes to install a 378 sq. ft. carport with a 2’ side setback. The property is located at 80 Church Street and is zoned R-2.
