A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY, to consider the following area variances:
- Nicholas Jung, 691 Brownsville Road, Victor, NY, for placement of a 14x16 ft shed forward of the front line of the primary structure, whereas §211-31G(2) states no accessory structure shall be forward of the primary building. The property is zoned Residential 2 and owned by Bryant Jung.
- Surmotech, LLC, 7676 Netlink Drive, Victor, NY requesting a parking lot expansion to the property line whereas §211-32A(2)(d)[b] states parking and paved areas may be located within up to 10 ft of the property boundary at the side and rear boundaries of lots located in the Light Industrial and Commercial/Light Industrial Districts and to allow a 10 ft rear setback for a 16x40 ft shed, whereas 30 ft are required per Schedule II Part II-Area and Height requirements. The property is zoned Light Industrial and owned by 7676 Netlink Drive LLC.
