LEGAL NOTICE

A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:

1. The application of Auburn Creek LLC, ATTN: Rick Kartes, 6800 Pittsford-Palmyra Road, Fairport, New York, for a Sprinkler Waiver to the Town of Victor Code (See Section 83-4F (2) (c) [2] and Section 83-4F (2)(a)) to allow 14 freestanding garages with four parking stalls in each garage to be constructed within 100’ of another structure whereas detach accessory structures that are located at least 100’ from another structure would be exempt. Also to allow a 2,000 square foot storage facility to be constructed without a sprinkler system whereas all structures which do not meet the exemption criteria shall be required to have an approved fire sprinkler system installed and operational. The property is located at 7331 State Route 96. The property is zoned Multiple Dwelling and is owned by the applicant.

2. The application of Glen & Joyce Thon, 7112 Valentown Road, Victor, New York, for an area variance to the Town Code (see Section 211-34 (B), Schedule II Area & Height Requirements) to allow a proposed lot (Lot #1 of the Thon Subdivision) to have zero (0) feet of frontage on a public highway whereas 100’ of frontage is required. The proposed lot is located on Valentown Road. The property is owned by the applicant and is zoned R-2 Residential.

3. The application of Glen & Joyce Thon, 7112 Valentown Road, Victor, New York, for an area variance to the Town Code (see Section 211-34 (B), Schedule II Area & Height Requirements) to allow a proposed lot (Lot #2 of the Thon Subdivision) to have zero (0) feet of frontage on a public highway whereas 100’ of frontage is required. The proposed lot is located on Valentown Road. The property is owned by the applicant and is zoned R-2 Residential.
