LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the application of Phillips Road Victor, LLC, ATTN: Sean Donohoe, 825 Phillips Road, Victor, New York for an area variance to the Town of Victor Zoning Code (see Section 211-24D(7), Section 211-24D(11), 211-24A(9)(b), and Section 211-24A(9)(c)) to allow the following:
1. The proposed building addition to be 50.1 feet from the lot line that is shared with a residentially zoned district whereas 100’ is required from industrial structures to residentially zoned districts.
2. The proposed building addition to have a landscape buffer of 50.1 feet whereas 100’ is required.
3. To allow a motor vehicle repair facility to be 50.1 feet from a residentially zoned parcel whereas 1,000 feet is required.
4. To allow a motor vehicle repair facility to be less than 500’ from a residential structure whereas 500 feet is required.
The property is zoned Light Industrial and is owned by the applicant.
