A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, October 17, 2013, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
.) The application of Premier Packaging Corp., for an area variance for a reduced setback from a residential district at 6 Framark Dr. See Section 170-14. I. The applicant is seeking an area variance to permit the addition of 2,400 sq. ft. to be built no closer than 43’ from a residential district.
.) The letter of intent from Patricia DeClercq to rebuild a barn at 17 Coville Street. The Village Code has a provision allowing a pre-existing, non-conforming structure to be rebuilt within one year of being destroyed by fire. Since we are beyond the one year deadline, the Zoning Board of Appeals will have to approve a special grant to extend the time period to rebuild. See code section 170-18 nonconforming use. The applicant is seeking a special grant to rebuild the barn at the original setbacks.
.) The application of Chris & Kevin Casey, for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code to reduce the side setback for a 550 sq. ft. addition on the existing building at Mead Square Pharmacy to account for an expansion of their business operations. See Section 170-13 Business District. The applicant is seeking an area variance to reduce the side setback by 9’, to 1 foot.
.) The application of Chris Pandajis, for a use variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code to operate an auto repair facility at the property at 61 School Street. See Section 170-12 and 170-13. The applicant is seeking a use variance to permit a transmission shop (auto repair) in the business and R-3 district.
