HOBBY LOBBY FACADE, located at 10 Cobblestone Court Drive, is requesting approval to paint the front façade only, to provide an accessible ramp in front entry, and add vestibule pilasters and auto-slider doors. The property is owned by Cobblestone Court LP and is located in the Commercial District.
HOME DEPOT CANOPY, located at 7600 Commons Blvd., is requesting approval to add a new canopy, to replace existing shade structure with a new canopy, replace the roof of the existing canopies and the addition of a rain shield between existing canopies in the Home Depot Garden Center. The property is owned by HD Dev of Maryland and is zoned Light Industrial.
CULLENS GARAGE ADDITION, located at 7758 County Road 42, is requesting approval to remove a portion of existing garage and construct a new 2,400 sf garage addition. The property is owned by Lucas Cullen and is zoned Residential 2.
