A virtual public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, starting at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted by video conferencing only: there will be no public gathering for this meeting based on the recommended precautions for limiting exposure to COVID-19.
The public has the opportunity to attend, listen and observe this meeting live on YouTube. The link will be provided on the victorny.org website prior to the meeting, to consider the following applications:
VICTOR COMMUNITY CHURCH, located at 7500 State Route 251, is requesting approval to merge property at 7512 and property at 7500 to create one parcel. The property is owned by Victor Community Church and is located in the Light Industrial District.
ENALAS POLE BARN, located at 788 Old Dutch Road, is requesting approval to construct an 8,700 sq. ft. addition to an existing facility with parking area and a driveway entrance from Holland Crescent Road. The property is owned by Fulcrum Holdings, LLC and is zoned Light Industrial.
ANDERSON PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION, located at 1025 Strong Road, is requesting approval to create a clustered subdivision consisting of 53 single family homes on 162 acres. The property is owned by Woodstone Custom Homes and is zoned Residential 2.
