A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, August 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following area variance applications.
- Kyle & Kate Korman, 7740 Pine Tree Drive, Victor, NY to place a fence within the conservation easement which violates §211-41F. The property is zoned Residential 1 and owned by Kyle & Kate Korman.
- Thomas Reese, 1160 Strong Road, Victor, NY to build a two car garage on 1052 Strong Road whereas per §211-20C of the Town of Victor Code, a 15’ side setback is required. The property is zoned Residential 2 and owned by Thomas Reese.
