A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday January 13, 2014 at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:
1. The application of Computerized Inventory Concepts, Inc., d/b/a Integrated Systems, 7588 Main Street Fishers, Victor, New York for an area variance to the Town of Victor Zoning Code (See Schedule II Area & Height Requirements and Section 211-32A(2)(d)[a]) for to allow the construction of two additions on the existing structure and construction of a new building to the north. The proposed addition on the east side would be forward of the 80’ setback for both Co. Rd. #42 and Fishers Run. The addition to the north side of the existing building would be forwarded of the 80’ front setback for both County Road #42 and Fishers Run. The proposed new building is proposed to have a 45’ front setback from Fishers Run. Schedule II requires an 80’ setback on all road frontages. The applicant also proposes parking less than 80’ from Fishers Run and County Road #42. Parking is not allowed less than 80’ from the right-of-way. The property is zoned Light Industrial and is owned by the applicant.
2. The application of Pinnacle Homes, ATTN: Ron Henkle, P.O. Box 727, Henrietta, New York, for an area variance to the Town of Victor Zoning Code (See Section 211-30 A) to allow the construction of an asphalt driveway over a year round flowing stream. Section 211-30 A states that an impervious surface or construction is not allowed within 75’ of the centerline of a year round flowing stream. The property is located on the south side of County Road #41, east of Brace Road, is zoned R-2 Residential and is owned by Kevin & Kathy Lightner.
