A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
1. Thomas Sanna, 22 Courtenay Circle, Pittsford, NY is requesting to build a greenhouse at Bristol’s Garden Center, 7432 State Route 96, 41.9’ from the right-of-way of Rowley Road, whereas §211 Attachment 3, Schedule II Area & Height Requirements states 80’ is required. The property is zoned Commercial and owned by SASRMS, LLC.
2. Delta Sonic Car Wash Systems, Inc., 570 Delaware Road, Buffalo, NY is proposing a car wash on 7463 and 7473 State Route 96 and requesting to operate extended hours whereas §211-22A(7)(a)[e] of the Town of Victor Code states hours of operation. The properties are zoned Commercial and owned by Dilip Patel and FX Net Lease Holdings LLC, respectively.
