A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following area variance applications.
- Kassis Superior Signs, for Kohls 439 Commerce Drive, to place a sign to advertise a brand (Sephora) on the building when §165-6N states no signs which permanently advertise a particular brand that a business offers for sale. The property is zoned Commercial and owned by Main Street Stop LLC.
- Wendy Santmyer, 1520 Cranberry Pond Trail to allow a 39.35’ front setback where §211- Schedule 2 Area and Height requirements states 40’ is required. The property is zoned Residential-2 and owned by Hendler & Associates LLC.
- Daniel Haskell, 7940 Oak Brook Circle to allow a shed at 10’ from the side property line when §211-21.1C states an accessory structure must be placed 15’ from the property line. The property is zoned Limited Development District and is owned by the applicant.
