A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following application.
- ERIC FERRI, 7195 Gillis Road to allow a 4’ side setback where §211-20 R2 District Regulations states accessory uses, such as storage sheds, must observe a 15’ property line setback. The property is zoned Residential 2 and is owned by Sandy Ferri.
