[ARCHIVED] Town of Victor Permissive Referendum - Water Related to the High Street Capital Improvement Project

TOWN OF VICTOR - NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM REGARDING THE EXPENDITURE OF MONIES IN THE R4 WATER CAPITAL RESERVE FUND F.0899.004 ON THE WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT RELATED TO THE HIGH STREET CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 24, 2014, the Town Board of the Town of Victor duly adopted a Resolution entitled “Authorizing Water Improvement after Public Hearing – Improvements in the Town of Victor Central Water District in relation to the High Street Capital Improvement Project;” and

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Resolution is summarized as follows:

The Town Board of the Town of Victor, by said Resolution, approved and authorized the improvements to the Central Water District related to the High Street Capital Improvement project, as well as the expenditure from the R4 Water Capital Reserve Fund F.0899.004 in the amount of Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand dollars ($850,000.00) to pay for such improvements.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Map Plan and Report (and/or accompanying engineering information) relating to said improvements is on file at the Town of Victor Clerk’s Office where it is available for public inspection; and

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the approval of the expenditure of Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand dollars ($850,000.00) from the R4 Water Capital Reserve Fund is subject to permissive referendum and a petition opposing said approval must be filed within 30 days after adoption of aforementioned Resolution authorizing the same.
