TOWN OF VICTOR - NOTICE TO BIDDERS - INVITATION TO BID - VICTOR MUNICIPAL PARK - BAND SHELL PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York that sealed bids will be received by mail addressed to the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, 14564 for the following:
PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF BAND SHELL FOR VICTOR MUNICIPAL PARK
Sealed bids will be received and publicly opened and read at the following place and time:

Copies of the Bidding documents and specification sheets setting forth the terms of the Bidding and detailed specifications may be obtained from the Town of Victor for a non refundable payment of $25.00 after May 9, 2014 at the Victor Town Hall, Town Clerk’s Office, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY 14564, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
No Bidder may withdraw its Bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the opening of Bids. All Bids submitted must include a Non-Collusive Bidding Certification pursuant to the requirements of Section 103-D of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all Bids.
The proposal shall be endorsed on the outside with the name of the Bidder, the business address and telephone number to which communications may be sent, and be designated that a Bid is enclosed. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount of five (5%) percent of the total Bid submitted as stated in the instructions to bidder. Bidders shall not include in their Bid proposal sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of counties, or cities, on all materials, equipment, and supplies incorporated in this project.
