LEGAL NOTICE

A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on June 24, 2014, at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:

1. The application of Janice Surasky, 7355 Dryer Road, Victor, New York for a Minor Subdivision entitled Surasky Subdivision. It is the intent of the applicant to subdivide approximately 48 acres into two lots. Lot 2A will consist of 8 acres and contains the existing residence. Lot 2B will consist of 40 acres and will remain undeveloped. The property is located on the south side of Dryer Road. The property is bounded on the north by Dryer Road, James Fenwick, John & Nicole Ritz, Susan Rice; on the south by Ganondagan State Historic Site; on the east by Mark Cain, Ronald Morris, William Holmes, Marilyn Pelton, David Bell, Charles Synborski, Steven Abramson, Marco DeZago, Jerold Warner, Michael Draveck; on the west by Town of Victor. The property is zoned R-2 Residential and is owned by the applicant.

2. The application of Ronney Finke, 6605 Loomis Road, Farmington, New York, for a Preliminary Subdivision entitled Finke Property. It is the intent of the applicant to subdivide approximately 8.5 acres into 4 single-family residential lots. The property is located on the south side of Gillis Road, approximately 1,300 feet west of County Road #9. The property is bounded on the north by Gillis Road; on the east by Sandra Pennise; on the south by Colyer Crossing LLC, Linda Schneider, Patrick & Allyson Kalaboke, Michael Piccirillo, Colyer Crossing, LLC; on the west by Adrian & Jennifer Horn. The property is zoned R-2 Residential and is owned by the applicant.

3. The application of Lynaugh Road Properties, LLC, 160 Despatch Drive, East Rochester, New York, for a Site Plan entitled Gullace Property. It is the intent of the applicant to construct 100 apartment units (10 building with 10 units in each) and a community clubhouse on 12.11 acres. The property is located between County Road #9 and Lynaugh Road. The property is bounded on the north by Robert & Elsie Graham, Gordon & Mary Phillips; on the east by Lynaugh Road; on the west by County Road #9; on the south by Terry Iddings & Chun Longleway, Village of Victor, Dante Gullace. The property is zoned Multiple Dwelling and is owned by the applicant.
