NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ANNEXATION OF REAL PROPERTY AT OR ABOUT THE EAST SIDE OF CHURCH STREET WHERE IT INTERSECTS AT HILLCREST DRIVE, AT OR ABOUT THE BOUNDARY OF THE VILLAGE AND THE TOWN (PORTIONS OF PARCELS WITH TAX MAP #16.00-01-46.000 AND 16.18-03-1.200) FROM THE TOWN OF VICTOR TO THE VILLAGE OF VICTOR (GULLACE PROPERTY)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Lynaugh Road Properties, LLC, owner of property at or about the east side of Church Street where it intersects at Hillcrest Drive in Victor, NY, at or about the boundary of the Village of Victor and the Town of Victor (portions of parcels with Tax Map #16.00-01-46.000 and 16.18-03-1.200) (the “Property”), has submitted a petition to the Town of Victor dated May 14, 2014, for annexation of the Property from the Town of Victor to the Village of Victor (the “Petition”); and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that such Petition was received by the Victor Town Clerk on May 23, 2014, and is accompanied by full legal descriptions and a map of the Property, all of which documents are on file with the Victor Town Clerk where they are available for review and inspection by the public; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Victor and the Village Board of the Village of Victor will hold a joint public hearing regarding the Petition for annexation on the date of July 14, 2014, at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main St., Victor, NY, at 7:05PM where both the Village and the Town will then hear public comments thereon; and be it further
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk, Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York 14564, on or before 4:30 PM on the 14th day of July, 2014.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Victor Town Hall has barrier-free access for the physically handicapped, and any such handicapped person seeking transportation to said Public Hearing may contact the Victor Town Clerk during regular business hours.
