LEGAL NOTICE

A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on July 8, 2014, at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:

1. The application of Pinnacle Athletic Campus, LLC, 85 High Tech Drive, P.O. Box 350, Rush, New York, for a Minor Subdivision entitled Pinnacle Athletic Campus Subdivision, Lot #1. It is the intent of the applicant to subdivide 94.1 acres into two lots. Lot #1 will consist of 21.525 acres and contain the proposed Pinnacle Athletic Campus building and Pinnacle Drive right-of-way. The property is bounded on the north by Ronald H. Ratnik, JJ&S Development LLC, County Road #42, Andrew & Julie Principe, Berma Ernst, Glen & Jean Teeple, Gerrit & Frances Herrkens; on the east by Phillips Road; on the south by Genesee Sand and Gravel LLC, Rochester Gas & Electric Corp, Town of Victor; on the west by TCG Materials LLC. The property is zoned Planned Development District and is owned by the applicant.

2. The application of Michael Turner, 920 Willis Hill Road, Victor, New York, for a Minor Subdivision entitled Turner Subdivision. It is the intent of the applicant to subdivide 33.219 acres into two lots. Lot #1 would consist of 5.657 acres with an existing house. Lot #2 would consist of 27.430 acres with a proposed single family home to be built. The property is bounded on the north by Saleem Khan, Noah & Tracy Beal, Alexander & Carol Kelly, Michael & Linn Turner, Ahmed Azfar, Ayodele Sangosanya, Brian Milne; on the south by Carol Anderson; on the east by John & Lorraine Atwood, Willis Hill Road; on the west by Jeffrey Onze, Christopher & Alexandra Sloyer; Travis & Megan Carmel; Jean Ottalagana. The property is located on Willis Hill Road, is zoned R-2 Residential and is owned by the applicant and Carol Anderson.
