LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, July 21, 2014, at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:
1. The application of Eric Orban, 7665 Modock Road, Victor,
New York, for an Area Variance to the Town of Victor
Zoning Code (see Section 211-31 G (2)) to allow an accessory structure to be placed forward of the front line of the existing
residence whereas no accessory structure shall be forward of the front line of the primary building. The property is zoned R-2 Residential and is owned by the applicant.
2. The application of Gupp Signs, 340 Lake Avenue, Rochester
New York, for an Area Variance to the Town of Victor
Zoning Code (see Section 165-7 B and Section 165-5 B (1) ) to allow a 96 square foot, 20’ tall free standing pylon sign whereas 20 square feet and 10’ in height is allowed. The property is UNO Pizzeria & Grill located at 7724 New York State Route 96 and is zoned Commercial.
