A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, August 4, 2014, at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:
1. The application of Stonehaven Development, 6901 Valentown Road for an Area Variance to the Town of Victor Zoning Code (see Section 211-31G(2) ) to allow a pre-existing 80’ x 36’ metal barn to remain forward of the front line of the proposed house location, whereas no accessory structure shall be forward of the front line of the primary building. The property is zoned R-2 Residential and is owned by Benjamin Lovejoy.
2. The application of Pooler Park, LLC, 783 County Road 42 for an Area Variance to the Town of Victor Zoning Code (see Section 211-34 B) to allow a 76.5’ front setback where the Code requires 80’. Also, the consideration of a waiver to the Town of Victor Sprinkler Code to allow the construction of a 648 square foot building addition that would replace an existing trailer to be constructed without a sprinkler system.
