A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:
1. The application of Next Step U sign, 200 High Point Drive, Victor, New York for an area variance to the Town of Victor Zoning Code (see Section 211-45 High Point PDD Regulations Signage Schedule for Lot 1) to allow a 21”x 9’.3” tenant identification sign to be mounted on front of the building, whereas, the tenant does not have an entrance on the front side of the building. The property is zoned Commercial and is owned by High Point Retail, LLC.
2. The application of Christa Development Corporation, 119 Victor Heights Parkway for a Use Variance to the Town of Victor Zoning Code (see Section 211-24 A, Permitted Uses) to allow a religious institution, whereas a religious institution is not allowed in the Light Industrial District. The property is zoned Light Industrial and is owned by Christa Development Corporation.
