A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on January 8, 2013, at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the application of DiFelice Development, 91 Victor Heights Parkway, Victor, New York, for a Minor Subdivision entitled East Victor Park. The Minor Subdivision proposes to combine five properties (Tax Map # 28.02-1-49.351, 28.02-1-49.34, 28.02-1-49.33, 28.04-1-13, 28.04-1-14.1) owned by DiFelice Development into two parcels. The five properties are comprised of 22.38 acres. One parcel will consist of 19.37 acres and is zoned Commercial Light Industrial. The second parcel will consist of 3.01 acres and is zoned residential. The property is bounded on the north by Anthony Drive, Route 96 Properties, LLC; on the east by 1290 Blossom Drive, LLC, Lisa Fox, Matthew Burrell, Stephen Mallie, Michael Covert; on the south by Russell Darrah, Robert VanThof, Steven Drake, Break-of-Day Road, Gino Gabrielli; on the west by Gino Gabrielli, Robert Paparone, Town of Victor, FUE Enterprises, LLC. The property is zoned Commercial Light Industrial and R-1 Residential and is owned by DiFelice Development.
