LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, June 1, 2015 at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the application of John & Cynthia Mady, 7851 Fowler St., Victor, NY, for the following area variances:
1. To allow an 864 square foot garage to be placed forward of front line of existing residence. Section 211-31G(2) indicates that an accessory structure is not allowed forward of the front line of the principal structure.
2. To allow the garage to have a 10 foot side setback whereas §211-20C indicates that the required setback is 15 feet.
3. To allow the garage to have a 10 foot front setback whereas 40 feet is required per Schedule II Part I - Area and Height requirements.
The property is zoned R2 Residential and is owned by the applicant.
