A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 7:05 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY, to consider the following applications:
1. The application of Donald & Janet Reynolds, 1145 Hunters Run, Victor, NY, for an area variance to the Town of Victor Zoning Code §211-31G(2) to allow a 10’x 12’ shed to be placed forward of front line of existing residence. The property is zoned R2 - Residential and is owned by the applicant.
2. The application of Robert Fiero & Diane Merrill, 1249 Heather Lane, Victor, NY, for an interpretation of whether the Town of Victor Code Section 194-4B(1), Storage of Vehicles, applies to other provisions within Chapter 194 “Vehicles, Abandoned or Junk”.
3. The application of Robert Brien, 904 Sagamore Way, Victor, NY, for an area variance to the Town of Victor Zoning Code §211-3B(1&2) to allow the conversion of a garage to a duplex by connecting it the existing residence at 1312 East Victor Road, Victor, NY. The property is zoned Commercial-Light Industrial and is owned by 17 Sayles St – Alfred LLC.
4. The application of Victor Community Church, P.O. Box 49, Victor, NY, for an area variance to Town of Victor Zoning Code §211-24D(12) to allow a gravel driveway and parking; §211-27.1F(2)(f) to allow 46% open space and §211-32A(2)(d)[1][a] to allow the front parking setback to be 32 ft. The property is zoned Light Industrial and is owned by the applicant.
