A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 60 East Main Street to consider:
1) The application of Lynaugh Road Properties, LLC for the Preliminary Subdivision Plan for the Gullace Project which consists of the construction of 17 Single Family homes in the Village of Victor. The parcel, 188 Church Street, Tax Map #16.18-03-1.2 and #16.18-03-1.1, is owned by Dante Gullace. The parcel is zoned R-2, One-Family Residential.
