[ARCHIVED] Notice to Bidders - Outdoor Dasher Board Box Rink

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of Section 103 on the General Municipal Law of the State of New York that sealed bids will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, New York 14564 for the following:

Purchase and installation of one (1) Outdoor dasher board box rink, 200’ feet by 85’ feet. 

Alternative bids include:

  • One 17,000 square feet of synthetic sport surface
  • Outdoor dasher board box rink 200’ feet by 100’ feet
  • 20,000 square feet of synthetic sport surface
  • 4,000 square feet of outdoor sport court flooring 

Bids will be received until Friday, February 17, 2017, 2 p.m. E.S.T. at the Town Clerks Office, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York 14564, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.

A copy of the request for proposal may be obtained through the Town of Victor website, www.victorny.org 

No Bidder may withdraw its Bid with in sixty (60) calendar days after the opening of Bids.  All Bids submitted must include a Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate pursuant of the requirements of Section 103-D of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.  The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or reject any and all Bids.

Two identical copies of the bid shall be endorsed on the outside with name of the Bidder, the business address and telephone number to which communications may be sent, and be designated that a Bid is enclosed.  Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total Bid submitted.  Bidders shall not include in their bid proposal sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York and of counties, or cities, on materials, equipment and supplies incorporated in this project.
