- Mauro Polidori of Six 50 restaurant for an area variance at 7217 St Rte 96, Victor, NY requesting to place a monument sign 21 ft from the road, whereas §165-4B(6) states that no sign shall be closer than 35 ft from the pavement of the public right-of-way. The property is zoned Commercial-Light Industrial and is owned by 7235 Route 96 Inc., 6362 Dean Pkwy, PO Box 205, Ontario NY 14519.
