LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY, to consider the following applications:
1. Bernadette Guzzardo, 7745 Lower Fishers Rd, Victor, NY for an area variance to place a garage forward of front line of existing residence at 7727 Lower Fishers Rd, whereas Section 211-31G(2) indicates that an accessory structure is not allowed forward of the front line of the principal structure. The property is zoned Residential-1 and is owned by the applicant.
2. Thomas Delaney, 160 Goshawk Dr, Victor, NY for an area variance to place an 22’ x 28’ garage 10 feet from the side property line, whereas Schedule II, Area and Height Requirements, Part I for Residential Districts requires a 15 foot side setback and also §211-20C states that accessory structures must observe a 15 foot property line setback on residentially zoned property. The property is zoned Residential-2 and is owned by the applicant.
