LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY, to consider area variances for the following applications:
- Patricia Dillman, 7252 Cnty Rd 41, Victor, NY, to allow a fence to cross over 2 proposed lot lines at said address, whereas §211-41C & 211-41G respectively state that fences shall be situated entirely on the fence owner’s property and no portion of a fence shall be closer than one inch to any property line The property is zoned Residential 2 and is owned by the applicant.
- Don & Nancy Davis, 1155 Hunters Run, to allow the installation of a fence in a drainage easement, whereas §211-41F indicates that fences shall not be installed in easements. The property is zoned Residential 2 and is owned by the applicant.
- Dr. Vito Quatela, 470 Lake Rd, Webster, NY to allow parking within the 80 foot front setback, whereas §211-32A(2)(c)[a] states no vehicular parking shall be permitted within 80 feet of the road right-of way. The property concerned on NYS Rte 96 is zoned Commercial-Lt Industrial and is owned by the applicant.
