Project Description:
The Town of Victor proposes an extension to their Central Water District; installing approximately 11,400 lineal feet of 8 and 12 inch water mains and assorted appuftenances along Benson, Lower Fishers, Peeper's Hollow Roads and Thornebush Drive right of ways to provide water service totalling 18,460 gallons per day from the Monroe County Water Authority Lake Ontario source for the existing 35 residences, a 20 lot new subdivision and 50 future building sites. The project will involve disturbance with the 100 foot adjacent area of the Class II, State Regulated Freshwater Wetlands, FA-1 & FA-5, as well as 4 stream crossings of two unnamed, Class C and Class C(T) tributaries of Irondequoit Creek, ONT- 108-P113-3.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was performed.

SEQR Lead Agency Victor Town Board

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination
A Structural-Archaeological Assessment Form has been completed. The proposed activity will not impact on registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures.
