[ARCHIVED] Town Zoning Board Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY, to consider the following applications:
1. Sabal Financial Group LP, for 3 area variances to the Town of Victor Zoning Code: proposed is the subdivision of a lot into 2 lots, each with an existing building at 119-121 Victor Heights Pkwy. Victor, NY. The variances are for rear & side parking setbacks per §211-32 and a front bldg setback per Schedule II, Area & Height requirements. The property is zoned Light Industrial and is owned by Granite VHP Holdings LLC of Newport Beach, CA.
2. Hendler Associates LLC, for an area variance to Schedule II, Area & Height requirements to allow existing sheds which have less than the required 60 ft rear setback at Phoenix Mills Plaza. Also requested is a Sprinkler Waiver for the sheds per §83-4F(2)(d). The property is zoned Commercial-Lt Indus and is owned by the applicant.
3. Jacquie Frederick of Mac-Ave, 7716 State Rte 251, for a Sprinkler Waiver for 2400 sf proposed pole barn for storage. The building is required to have a sprinkler system per Section 83-4F(2)(a) of the Town of Victor Code, however, §83-4F(2)(d) states that the Zoning Board of Appeals can grant a waiver. The property is zoned Lt Indus and is owned by Richard & Jacquie Frederick.
4. David Riedman & Katherine Griswold for an area variance to allow 3 barns on their own lot after proposed demolition of a house at 6476 Cnty Rd 41, whereas §211-20A, R-2 regulations, states permitted uses are those permitted in the R-1 district and §211-19A(3) states accessory structures that are clearly subordinate to a principal bldg. are a permitted use in residential districts. The property is zoned R-2 and is owned by the applicants.
