1.David Lathrop & Jennifer Forrester, 7210 Dryer Rd, Victor, NY to allow construction of a 396 sf addition to their home with a rear setback that is less than the required 40 ft per Schedule II, Area & Height requirements. The property is zoned Residential-2 and is owned by the applicant.
2.Zac Holtz, 250 Blazey Rd, Victor, NY to allow the construction of an accessory structure forward of the front line of a proposed primary building on Richardson Rd, tax parcel # 7.00-1-93.110, whereas §211-31G(2) states no accessory structure shall be forward of the primary building. The property is zoned Residential-2 and is owned by the Holtz Revocable Trust.
