A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY, to consider the following applications:
- Troy Bamann, 1255 Heather Ln, Victor, NY for 2 variances to allow a shed with a property setback that is less than the required 15 ft, whereas §211-20C states accessory structures must observe a 15 ft property line setback & the shed is forward of the front line of the house, whereas §211-31G(2) states no accessory structure shall be forward of the primary building. The property is zoned Residential-2 and is owned by the applicant.
- Anthony J. and Linda Barbato, 6986 Royce Ci, Victor, NY for a variance to allow the construction of a 146 sf deck extension that is 60 ft from the centerline of a stream, whereas §211-30A states no construction shall be permitted within 75 ft of the center of a stream. The property is zoned Residential-2 and is owned by the applicants.
- Gary Perkins, 1348 New Seabury Ln, Victor, NY for a variance to place a shed forward of the front line of the house, whereas §211-31G(2) states no accessory structure shall be forward of the primary building. The property is zoned Residential-2 and is owned by the applicant.
