A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY, to consider the request of Meyers RV Superstores to extend 2 area variances approved 10/16/17 but were not used. They intend to operate a pre-delivery inspection & repair service in the existing building at 6415 Plastermill Rd. §211-8C(5)(a)[1] states that if the use for which the variance was sought is not completed within a year the variance is void, however §211-8C(5)(b) states the ZBA may extend the time within which the use for which the variance was sought begins. The property is zoned Commercial Light Industrial and is owned by Rudy, Kurt, and Brian Kumpf.
