LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY, to consider the application of David Cox, Passero Associates, representing Victor East Auto Group, LLC for area variances to §211-24A(9)(b) and §211-24A(9)[3][c] to operate a motor vehicle repair at lots 28.12.1-36.000 (6484 SR 96) & 28.12-1-41.210 on State Rte 96 whereas the Code states that vehicle repair facilities must be 1,000 ft from a residential boundary & 500 ft from a structure with a residential use. Also requested is a variance to §211-32A(2)(c)[1][a] to allow parking 40 ft from the ROW instead of 80 ft per Code. The properties are zoned Commercial-Lt Industrial and are owned by Lake Edge LLC and Richard Colucci.
