LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of James Chrisler, 9 Clover Lane, for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code to build a 16’ x 32’ x 12’h garage at 9 Clover Lane.
The applicant is proposing that the garage be placed closer than 10’ from the property lines (5’ from side, 7.5’ from back). Chapter 170-11 G (1b) requires setbacks of 10 feet in an R-2 district. The applicant is seeking relief from the code by placing the 512 square foot building closer to the property lines.
