A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY, to consider the following area variance applications:
1. Cherie & Zachary Becker, 1240 Hunters Run, Victor, NY to allow an existing fence between the house and road, whereas §211-41H indicates that fences over two feet high shall not be erected nearer to a road than the front line of the principal building. The property is zoned R-2 and is owned by the applicant.
2. Ranee & Felix Christopher, 7850 Royal Woods, Pittsford, NY, in the Town of Victor, to subdivide their property. The property is in the Density Overlay District A, meaning one house per three acres. The lot is within the Royal View Subdivision which was pre-existing, non-conforming & more dense than allowed by the Density Overlay District, §211-27.3 The property is zoned LDD and is owned by the applicants.
3. Bethany Miller to place an accessory structure at North Rd property, tax map #38.00-1-41.210 without a principal structure, whereas §211-19A(3) states that accessory structures which are clearly subordinate to a principal building are permitted. The property is zoned R-2 and is owned by the applicant.
